This is predominantly an Outdoor Class but sometimes we use the inside facilities too. You'll use equipment like Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Tires, logs, Sand bags and Slam Balls to keep your training adventurous and fun whatever the weather.

CIRCUIT TRAINING is amazing for getting fit and into shape, train to your own level whether beginner or advanced. We have a variety of circuit classes available focusing on Strength , Fitness, Endurance, Fat Burn and Functional Fitness. Our classes have a great atmosphere and you’ll be sure to feel great.
Train like a Spartan to get Strong, Lean and Fit. We combine both indoor and outdoor exercises with use of Tyres, Kettlebells, logs, Sand Bags and Monkey bars to power your way to maximum fitness with a strong emphasis on technique and team work.
Using the versatile kettlebell, you'll get the best of everything, Shred Calories, improve Flexibility and Core which will strengthen the posterior chain for more functional well being. If you haven't tried kettlebells you'll wish you had done sooner.
Yoga is amazing for mindfulness, body flexibility, core strength and balance. Suitable for beginners and intermediate. We have spare mats if you don’t have your own so don’t worry. If you have never tried yoga before this is the perfect class and environment to try it in. Calm, relaxing and instructor-lead by the amazing Amanda Lynch who will adapt things and look after you throughout.
